Prepare medical evidence

In order to apply for DSA you will need to provide medical evidence to prove you are eligible. Depending on individuals’ needs this may be in the shape of an educational psychologist’s report or a letter from a GP or consultant. A little tip: Keep a photocopy or two of your evidence as it may save time and stress at a later date!
