About Us

What we do
DnA’s training is tailor-made for disabled and dyslexic adult learners in further and higher education and at work. We base our dyslexia strategies and Assistive Technology (AT) training on the ways students prefer to learn. This enables them to make the most of equipment provided through the Disabled Student’s Allowance (DSA) and Access to Work (ATW) scheme.
For students in education
Our flexible training is based around students’ course needs and timetables. Our trainers provide video screen capture notes with audio (Mac or PC) for students to recall their personalised training session, in order to revisit the strategies they have learnt. Students receive DnA study skills toolkits as resources to keep.
For people at work
DnA provides one-to-one ACCESS to WORK (AtW) training and accessibility audits for employees, employers and HR staff. We spend time with the individual in order to assess your needs and understand preferred ways of working. Our training will help you master workload organisation, time management and administration. Our mentors will be there to help you every step of the way.
